1) Dragging from one folder to another on the same disk moves the icon.

MacOS free uninstall program, AppCleaner

MacOS uninstall process is not like Windows uninstall [everybody knows it],
when you click on ‘Uninstall program’ link or dig ‘Control Panel’ settings to find the button remove program.
MacOS uninstall, when you go to the Applications menu, find unneeded program and drag it into Trash. Program is uninstalled trash is empty, nice.

Well in fact there are many that comes without documentation [Windows XP, MacOS Leopard, etc.] The problem is that most of the products are very hard usable without documentation.

Well, it is iLife08. There are few programs go with it. Some of them are really for specific cases.
For example iMovie is extremely handy, when you need to edit and finalize filmed episodes by private-camera. GarageBand to create music in the interactive way.

Latvian or non-standard spell-check on Safari and other Mac applications.

Latvian spell-check issue is gone at Mac (partially). Thank to the Normunds and “Power of Google”.
Great feature of browser – spell-check. Firefox provides support for different non-standard languages, latvian support is available there too, but remember – the point is to use Safari.
